# Payments

Every project card shows its compensation before you apply — the amount listed is what the research team pays out for completing the study.

## How you're paid

Payments are sent through **Tremendous**, a rewards platform. After we verify your study work, you'll receive a Tremendous reward link by email. Follow the link to choose how to redeem your payment — options include PayPal, gift cards, and other methods depending on your region.

We do not handle payments inside the app — your reward link arrives entirely **by email**, at your account email address, so keep it current in [Profile Settings](/profile-and-settings.md). The Pulse Labs team sends payments out via Tremendous; there's no payment account to configure in advance.

## When you're paid

We send payments **within three weeks after we receive and verify your feedback**. Research teams verify submissions before payment goes out, so the clock starts when the study wraps up — not the moment you submit your last task.

## If a payment seems overdue

If it's been more than three weeks since the study completed and you haven't received your reward link:

1. **Check your spam folder** for an email from Tremendous.
2. **Confirm your email address** in [Profile Settings](/profile-and-settings.md) is correct.
3. Email **<support@pulselabs.ai>** with the project name and the date you completed your work.

## Partial completions

Whether partially completed work is compensated is **study-specific**. Check the project details or email **<support@pulselabs.ai>** with the project name before assuming a partial submission will be paid.

No. PayPal may be one of the choices offered through Tremendous, but it isn't required. Available redemption options depend on your region.

No — screener surveys are short qualification steps and aren't compensated. Compensation applies to the study itself once you're enrolled.
